Abstract:

The paper deals with Wireless Health Monitoring System. There is presented a prototype of medical system which consist of Wireless Health Monitoring Device and base station in form of smartphone. Presented system gives an ability to monitor ambient and human body conditions. Current health monitoring market conditions and available devices are discussed. Issues related with population in Europe and their impact on health monitoring market are considered. The paper presents review of wireless communication systems currently available on the market. The information presented in this paper may help develop portable, low-power and wearable devices.
