Abstract:

The paper deals with the methodology of creation of the sequential control system program in the language of function block diagrams (FBD). After analysis of basic blocks of the sequential functions chart (SFC) language the form of state block and implementation of branching and connecting path of sequences were formulated using FBD language. It is some simplification of the application of SFC language. The realization ensures compact form of the end programme particularly useful for small controllers PLC. The method was illustrated with the example of the simple sequential control system.
