Abstract:

The paper deals with the functionality of the node power quality monitoring system. After an analysis of power quality standards, a general structure of the system was presented. First the input voltages and currents are converted to digital form and then the value of the first harmonic components and total of the higher harmonics are calculated. Algorithms of data processing as well as ways of processing the accuracy of improving the signal processor are presented. Sample results, observed by means of the developed system are shown.
