Streszczenie:

W artykule przedstawiono akty prawne, tj. Regulaminy EKG ONZ i dyrektywy Unii Europejskiej określające wymagania, jakie muszą spełniać specjalne światła ostrzegawcze zamontowane w pojazdach. W szczególności dotyczy zakresu i metod badawczych urządzeń świateł ostrzegawczych zamontowanych w pojazdach zgodnie z wymogami regulaminu EKG ONZ nr. 65 („Jednolite przepisy dotyczące homologacji specjalnych świateł ostrzegawczych dla pojazdów o napędzie silnikowym i ich przyczep")



Abstract:

The paper presents the legal acts, that is, UNECE Regulations and the European Union directives specyfying the requirements to be met by the special warning lights mounted in vehicles. In particular, it deals with the scope and research methods of the warning light devices mounted in the vehicles in compliance with the requirements of the UNECE Regulation no. 65 (“Uniform regulations concerning the approval of special warning lights for the power-driven vehicles and their trailers
